Joel Wallace is a proud Montgomery County native and sixth generation Clarksvillian. A 1995 graduate of Clarksville High School, he received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Memphis.  From 1999 to 2003 he served as an aide on the Washington staff of U.S. Senator Bill Frist. 

Joel has practiced law in Clarksville since 2006 with the law firm of Cunningham, Mitchell and Rocconi. Because of his call to serve the community he loves so much, Joel ran for and was elected to two terms on the Clarksville City Council, from 2008 to 2016.

As Judge, Joel is committed to bringing experience, fairness, and justice to his courtroom, ensuring that our American tenets of truth, liberty, and justice for all are upheld. 

Joel and his wife, Emily, a fifth grade teacher, are raising two young sons, Clark and Sadler.
